Man v Fat has really helped me gain confidence, in myself and in my ability to lose weight. I've made some really good friends that all have the same goals as me, and we all help eachother every week.

I really enjoy playing with the team, I feel my confidence has grown because of the team and the coaches. I have learnt a lot of new skills and feel a better goalkeeper because of it.
