Our 3G pitches have been specifically designed for football and have a long pile turf that gives a realistic grass feel. When using the pitches, players must use boots that have studs, this stops the fibres from becoming compressed and damaging the surface. No other footwear is permitted to protect the playing surface. However, we do have some suitable footwear available to borrow should your child not have football boots. When dropping your child off to John Jenkins Stadium, please let the coaches know you require to borrow boots for the day.
